Firm Overview

Since its inception, our Louisiana personal injury and accident law firm has been devoted to the representation of seriously injured people and their families through an academic, yet aggressive, approach, and to the preservation of victim's rights.

Our accident and injury law firm is steeped in academic excellence. While most people know Louisiana for its cultural diversity, its unique music, and its Cajun cuisine, our injury lawyers know Louisiana for its unique Civil Law System - a blend of Roman, Spanish and French legal traditions. Every practicing attorney at our law firm graduated near the top of their respective law school class, with Kirk A. Guidry finishing 1st in his class in 1991.  Randy A. Piedrahita clerked for the Louisiana Supreme Court, and achieved the additional honor of serving as a law clerk to the late Henry "Hank" Politz, Chief Judge of the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

The firm is proud to include as its Of Counsel, retired 19th Judicial District and First Circuit Court of Appeal Judge, Bob Downing

Scott Andrews is an Adjunct Law Professor at the Southern University Law Center, teaching Advanced Louisiana Torts, Insurance Law and Products Liability.
