Paul H. Dué is a nationally acclaimed trial lawyer and was selected as the Best Lawyers® 2015 Personal Injury Litigation "Lawyer of the Year" for Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Paul retired effective February 1, 2016 and is proud to be Emeritus Counsel to the firm.

Paul Dué was raised in Thibodaux, Louisiana, and began his career as a lawyer after finishing first in his law school class at the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 1966.
Paul H. Dué served as an Associate Professor at Southern University Law School, President of the Louisiana Association for Justice (formerly the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association), and on the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice. Paul has been a frequent speaker at continuing education programs, and has authored articles in numerous publications including TRIAL, The Maritime Lawyer, Louisiana Bar Journal, Louisiana Advocates, Louisiana Law Review, Insurance Counsel Journal and Am.Jur.
